Welcome to the Little Dragon LLC website, littledragontoys.com. We are a community of parents and child-development experts who want to share tips, and sell tools, educational toys, and services to other parents, grandparents, and caregivers.  Through this sharing of resources, we hope to help children have fun while growing their minds and personalities, while also helping parents and caregivers better enjoy their experience guiding this growth. We are passionate about education through play and want to enable parents to spend more quality time with their children as they play, learn, and fly.

The purpose of our web site is to provide access to our selection of toys, games, and gifts to a wide audience. PURCHASES

Products and Prices. Prices of products sold on Littledragontoys.com are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to discontinue sales of products without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Little Dragon have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of products that appear at the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Little Dragon reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products offered. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. Any special offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any defects in the product will be corrected.

Many products sold on littledragontoys.com are manufactured by third parties. Little Dragon, LLC is not responsible for the quality, completeness, age-appropriateness of any third-party product. Little Dragon LLC is not liable for any damages caused as a result of using third-party products. Product warranties are the exclusive obligation of the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment and Shipping.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase items on LittleDragonToys.com. For each Product ordered from Little Dragon, you agree to pay the price applicable for the Product as of the time you submitted your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, and any applicable Taxes. Little Dragon LLC will automatically bill your credit card or payment account submitted as part of the order process for such amounts and you hereby authorize us to do so. Your payment will be processed in USD$. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Little Dragon ships product within the United States only.

Return Policy. Little Dragon will only accept returns for refund on products that are returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened or in perfect conditions, with complete packaging.  We do not accept any Product exchanges.

All returns of eligible product must be initiated within 7 days after the Product delivery date, and an applicable fee for return shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund, unless the product arrives to you damaged or has a production defect, in which case no shipping fee will be deducted. All returned Products must be unused in the original packaging and returned in accordance with any other instructions received from contacting Little Dragon.
